No. The only way a teen can drive is if they are:
At least 15 years old (Some states vary), and
Have a valid learners permit granted to them by the DMV.

No license, no driving. Parking lots may be acceptable though.

No that is illegal and a good way to get yourself in trouble before you even have your permit. You need your learners permit, having a adult does not make driving without it legit.

Yeah, but first you need your learners permit. And it can't just be an adult.

1. The adult has to have a license. But that's obvious.

2. The person has to be sober.

3. He or she has to be in the passangers seat, not the back seat.

4. The person has to have a clear driving record. If they are currently taking remedial driving lessons, or they have to go to court because they got a ticket, they can't count.

I'm sure about everything except that last part. I'm almost sure about that last part, but I could be mistaken.

NO! At least not to drive legally in a public place. That's what a learners permit is for.

There may be some exceptions in farming situations with farming vehicles while farming.

Below is a link for driving ages by state.

No. NOT OKAY.

You can only do this if you have a permit. And the adult has a driver's license. Every state has a different rule, but usually, the adult has to have been driving for at least some years.

...Everyone should know that without a learners permit, IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO EVEN BE IN THE DRIVERS SEAT OF A CAR, EVEN WITH A LISCENCED ADULT OVER 21. So to answer your question, no.

IT IS NOT OKAY..........you take a written and vision test, you sign a legal document which you must carry with you whenever you drive any vehicle WITH A LICENCED DRIVER BESIDE YOU who has driven for at least 2 years and who has not lost points from his/her licence or has no outstanding fines, etc.
Everyone has to do this until they pass a Road Test after a certain period of time.
This gives you time to learn the rules of the road and get some experience with a quallified driver.
Is that clear?
