I haven't had any adverse reactions from using Nair, but I must say that it's not exactly a pleasant experience. When using it on my legs, I experience an intense itchy sensation and my legs are all goosepimpley after I rinse it off. Waxing seems like a more "natural" alternative and the hair on your arms should grow back softer/finer so they won't be as visible. However, waxing is probably more labor intensive than shaving. Shaving is quick, cheap, and easy.

i think nair stinks just like that veet stuff it doesn't work that great. a lot of people get irritated by nair. Like i do i know once i used it and had red bumps all over my arms and i used veet and i think it's like nair but it made my legs to dry and didn't work. I guess though it could be different for you. U can use it and then you'll figure out how often you'll have to do it cause not everyones hair grows back like others. Everything makes your hair grow back thicker even shaving. Personally i shave my legs and arms only thing i'd wax is my eyebrows and bikini line

I have tried nair and yes it did a good job of removing hair but i came out in a rash because i have sensitive skin it doesent make the hair grow back thicker but shaving will grow back course and waxing is a little bit uncomfortable but in my opinion it lasts longer in that the hair growth is slower and over time the hair grows back less.

I have sensitive skin, so NAIR irritates the heck out of it. I shave my arms.. sounds weird but it is much less irritating. It's a myth that ANYTHING makes hair grow back thicker... it just doesn't. NAIR should last longer than shaving.. yes it is safe.

I use Nair on my arms and shave my legs. The Nair doesn't irritate my skin at all, but it depends on the person. Test it on a patch of skin before putting it on your whole arm to see how it works for you.

I even have undesirable reaction to nair too! in case you do not have a particular cream for rashes I recommend staying remote from lotion- it basically makes the burning worse. in case you do no longer decide for to apply razors, try Veet next time!

I've used Nair and that stuff BURNS. It hurts as soon as I put it on my legs. I've even tried the sensitive skin formula .
I've also tried Veet, that stuff is really good, it doesn't burn and the hair doesn't grow back for about a week.

Definitely not. I don't know if you have ever used it, however, if you hven't, it burns extremely bad and think about it:

If your hair is being burned off by this liquid, imagine what it is doing to your skin.

Please just bite the bullet and shave.
