Catholics believe that Baptism leaves an indelible mark on a person's soul, in essence, a spiritual belly button. Because this mark of Christ is only given one, Catholics believe in only one Baptism per person.

The Nicene Creed from 325 C.E. states, "We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins."

whatever the religion, whatever the faith, whatever the god... you will bear a body of the being you are reborn as. There can be deformations or abnormalities, but they are not universal in case of rebirth
In cases of rebirths, people generally have a black birthmark more than 2mm in diameter. But this applies only if its a immediate human rebirth.
