I have been selling cars for 7 years, I once saw 784,000 on a 1984 S-10 regular cab pickup with a four cylinder, and five speed manual transmission. The original owner stated the engine was actually original ( unlikely but possible), but he had gone through four clutches....

I sold my diesal mercedes with 395,000 miles on it and it ran for another 100,000 miles before they put a new motor in it. I run most of my vehicles to 250,000 miles before I trade them in or sell them. Mobil one synthetic oil is fantastic for getting the most mileage out of your motor!!
