Gee... why stop at the trunk... how 'bout seating a few on the roof rack... ??

no seat belt --- no passenger
plain and simple !!

Yes, or course it is. If you can only seat 5 then don't take more than 5 people! What if someone was to rear-end you. They could be killed on impact! There needs to be enough seatbelts for everyone in the car.

It is HIGHLY dangerous!!! Those children become projectiles in a vehicle that could not only kill them or severely injure them, but everyone else in the vehicle could fall victim to them being thrown around the vehicle. Best idea is to take 2 vehicles so everyone can be buckled in.

Also, all children that are 4'9" and under need to be in a booster seat or car seat.

It is illegal in the UK, and I would be very surprised if it was legal anywhere in the US.
