Actually I feel the same way. The guy I like often cracks perverted jokes, but he is actually a very nice person with a sense of responsibility when it comes to well-being. He often flirts with other girls, and that shows that he is slightly immature. But you can't help who you like, right?
Does the guy often call you? Does he try to talk to you? Does he come to where you are when you look 'lonely'? Does he joke around with you alot? Etc.
Notice small details, and perhaps you will get your answer. However, do not get too into it, because you'll find yourself thinking about him everyday, and that will put alot onto your mind and you will loose focus.

Flirting is something both boys and girls do. Only way to find out if the boy of your interest likes you is to ask him, Whether he likes you or not? Tell him, take that extra step and ask him if he likes you.
It is as simple as, a little child's conversation of liking something or a friend. Please avoid worrying about the outcome or his reply. All it matters should be what you've did.

Does he stop flirting with them when you're around? Does he give you preference? Those are good signs. However, he could be one of those guys that likes every girl and is just waiting for one to respond favorably.

Maybe he´s unsure that YOU like him, so he purposely flirts with other girls hopin you´ll get a lil jealous ..
I mean if he really flirts with every girl, in your presence, then he must be insecure.. lol ..maybe he likes you a lot but he´s just doubtful- and so he prefers to come across flirty and super cool and all that.. instead of admitting what he really feels, I think.
OR maybe he´s really just a player...

If he flirts with every girl, then why bother with him? If you "get" him, he is not going to stop. Wait for someone who is of better character.

if the flirts he gives you are specialer (yes thats a word in my world) than the flirts he gives to other girls, then this guy probably likes you better than the others he's flirtin with. try flirtin back ;)
