Remington 30-06, higher grain for moose and bear of course but normal grain for deer and itll drop dead in its tracks or else a Winchester .300 ultra Mag its a little bit overkill for deer but itll take less walking and works great for moose and bear.

I prefer one of the all weater finishes on either a remington, winchester, or really, any of the top manufacturers. I'd go with something chambered in a .300 winchester magnum calibur for all around hunting up there. It would take most animals with no trouble, has lighter bullet weights for deer etc and haevier loads for moose, etc. BUT, if your talking a big bear cartridge,(brown or Griz) I'd start with something in a minimum of .375 H&H.
