When I move to LA I'm getting full custody over my daughter and my ex-hubby is only aloud to see her when I say so. I'm going to let him see her every other weekend (if he's not busy and if he wants to see her). My daughter is 7 weeks old. She's going to start daycare in December from 8 AM-Noon and then her babysitter will pick her up and take her back to my house, while I'm at work. On the days I have off I'll pick her up. My boss is single and nice. When he flew out here to talk to me personally, we really hit off and went off to dinner. At the end of the night he kissed me on the cheek. I just very recently signed the divorce papers, but now I think I'm in love again. How do I tell my futre boss I felt something? He's a year older than me (29) and has a beautfiul daughter. He really likes my daughter. I'm so nervous.

Honey, get a different job and don't see this new "boss" again. Any man that will take a future employee to dinner and kiss her good night is not likely to be all that reliable. You're on the rebound and any relationship with this man is a risk to your career as well as your heart.
How would you feel if a friend told you her future boss took her out dancing and kissed her good night? Doesn't sound so good from a distance does it.
