I'm planning to start advertising company and looking for some good name. can you please suggest some names?
I would like to have name as "****** media", please suggest first name....Thanks in advance!

Here's what I tell my clients to do. Invite over about ten of your best friends for a wine tasting party at your house early in the evening and make sure you have a designated driver or two. After everyone has had a glass or two, and start to giggle tell them you are looking for a name for your advertising company.
You'd be surprised at how creative they become. They more they giggle the more chance there is of something very good coming out of it.

Registrar will have a problem if you use Chams in your name. You would like to use Chams in your logo etc. That will also have objections later from the other company. You should change the name in such a way that it is no longer confusing with the name of other company. If your company started operations before the other company who is already registered with that name in that case you should register your company with any other name and then use the name "Chams Publishers and Advertisers" a division of "name of newly registered company". Then you should also register the trade name Chams. If the other company is using Chams as a trade name, file you objections or a law suit to prevent the other company from using that name. Trade name belongs to the entity which is in business earlier.
