Peanut m and ms are slightly healthier because the protein in the nuts slows down the rise in your blood sugar from the chocolate. If that's a factor in your decision!

Galaxy - place it on your tongue and when it melts it just tastes so much better than Dairy Milk which is processed rubbish..not real chocolate... not a fan of nuts so m&ms would do nowt for me!
