My cousin has a dog that had plaque on his gum/teeth. It was to the point where the gum was starting to recede, exposing more of the teeth. They got it cleaned and everything but I'm just wondering if the gum will regrow? As in will it go back to the normal. Thanks.

Gum doesn't really regrow. If you have receding gums to the point where it is showing a lot of your tooth's root, the best option would be a gum graft.

NO, GUM DOESN'T RE-GROW. THE SWELLING MAY GO AWAY BUT THIS DOG HAS PERIODONTAL DISEASE
THE GUMS CAN REATTACH IF THEY WERE PREVIOUSLY PEELING AWAY, BUT THAT'S ABOUT ALL.
THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO TAKE THE DOG REGULARLY TO HAVE THE TEETH CLEANED.
