God wouldnt create anything evil.. right? I know the evil in man is due too the fall.

No, because god doesn't exist.
But according tho the bible, god created Satan, so that means he created demons as well. He also created hell.

Some views state that when God brought the flood, it was because some angelic beings had relations with woman and that is why their were giants in that time, different type of beings. Some scripture seem to support that view. The souls or spirit? of those beings are always looking for a body to come into. Demons aren't angels, angels have a form, but demons had a form and are always looking to possess a body. Thats what some christians told me? Sound stupid, probably, but thats some peoples view. Take it or leave it.

The Bible tells us that God created Lucifer, who was a beautiful and good angel. But then, Lucifer became vain and decided to rebel against God. In that rebellion, he convinced some angels to follow him instead. These became his angels, or demons.

This makes zero sense to me. This is like, my great-great great grandmother stole a piece of bread from a baker, and now all of her grandchildren for all generations are born without a left hand.
So far as your "god" creating demons, I don't understand part one of how the fairy tale all began. But based on religionist logic, if this immortal being made everything, I'm sure it fits in the equation that he made demons as well.

God created angels. Lucifer looked in the mirror and said "I like it." Much like people today who are full of their self."
Then Lucifer says to the Angels, party time. A third of the angels exclaimed, dude!
Thus, the devil and the demons.
But come on, this begs for another question to be asked.

No. He created everything perfect...but the free will messes things up. However, I rather have a choice. I gladly give up my free will after I die so that God's will can finally happen in a perfect way.
