I downloaded the FLV, now the only problem is getting the videos to work in them. And the website says to convert the video into a FLV....

You need a video converter to help you convert video to FLV. Just search it on Google or Yahoo.

You just need to have FLV player thats it. Its freely available from www.download.com or from many other sites
