ok, you need 2 people for this, and you need a hill. and 2 cars. hell, its a bit difficult.
you and your accomplice need to tail your victims car, and then wait until he/she stops on a downhill slope (prefferably if theres a busy road ahead). and you need to have one on one side, and the other on the other side.
then, you slowly start reversing up the hill. your victim will think they are drifting down the hill and will be slamming on the brakes and shitting themselves.
its hilarious, ive done it:)

Pizza Guy: Order an elaborate pizza and at the beginning say it has to have pepperoni. When you finish, say "Remember. No Pepperoni!"

Sleepovers: Tape that squirt thingy at the side of the sink, and and when someone turns it on: WHOOOOOSSSSSSHHHHH.

In General: Attacth a strecthy spider to a string. Then Hook it to two Paperclips, and hook that to the ceiling You'll be able to pull the string up and down, making the spider move.

Take a screenshot of an open window on a computer. Place the screenshot as the desktop background. When the person goes to sit down and start clicking on the windows nothing will work.

Put Ice in their clothes
write all over them when they fall asleep
replace their shampoo with hairdye
place their hand in a cup of warm water whne they're sleeping and they'll wet the bed
poor water all over them.
Leave an uncapped felt tip marker next to them while they're sleeping. I did this by accident once, in the morning I was blue

here's some good ones too

It's very personal for each one. It has to hit home. I'd need more info.
