He says he is a Christian to which I cannot dispute as I don't know what is in his heart. However as a Christian, how can one endorse going to war? As our President I disagree with most things he's done and the direction he's taken our country. I did not vote for him and I'm glad he'll be out soon.

Like- probably the closest position I come close to agreeing with him on is the need for immigration reform.

Dislike- the whole Iraq War fiasco and practically everything involved in it. It's been one bad decision after another, although this isn't too surprising considering the history of U.S. foreign policy towards "Third World" countries has typically been "we should reap the benefits from the hard work of others and should they deign to complain, we'll simply use our military to force them to do so". Which is why we've been willing to support such right-wing dictators as Marcos, the shah of Iran, and... Saddam Hussein before we decided we didn't need him any longer. One moment we're supplying him with biological and chemical weapons and slapping him on the back for stopping Iran (while turning a blind eye on his using these weapons against Iranians and Kurds), the next we're crying a few crocodile tears for the Kurds he's slain using chemical warfare. The first mistake the U.S. made in removing Hussein is to remain silent about our past errors. The second was to refuse to treat prisoners as human beings instead of contriving legal loopholes that would allow us to do otherwise. The third was to give no-bid contracts to Halliburton with very little governmental oversight. There's just too many to list them all.

I love President Bush. He was an answer to my prayer. For a president who wasn't ashamed of the Name of Jesus. And our nation was blessed in the Name of Jesus at his inauguration.

One thing is that now there is a ban on partial birth abortion. And we are have victory over terrorists in Aphganistan & Iraq. And we are helping the Sudanese victims more financially than other nations. We are for Israel & not against Israel. But Israel should just retake Gaza as a state of Israel with lower electoral votes. President Bush was miraculously saved from alcoholism by the Grace of God & is a born again Christian. And, I like his & Laura's personality.

Personally, I think there may have been world war 3 if he wasn't voted in to be President. And I know that there were weapons of mass destruction that left Iraq because we went in there. You can do a net search for Georges Sada who wrote the book S'adam's Secrets' . He was also on Fox News. The weapons went to Asyria or Syria; & US doesn't know where they are. And there is much more.

But then I don't read the media reports that falsely accuse him of being a terrorist, etc. & 9/11 is his fault, or the terrorist only do suicide or car bombings because US went into Iraq.

Believe it or not I actually like the dude!
He isn't a good communicator. as a matter of fact, he stinks at it. But he is a Strong Christian and our President.
I'm not going to touch the Iraq issue (I'd rather not be mugged )
But Christians: I have a message for you! George W. Bush was appointed by God. If he wasn't meant to be President, God would have raised someone up instead. Whether you like him, trust him , support him, or ANYTHING, he deserves our respect as the chosen President. David(from the old testament), the rightful king, since God had anointed him and abandoned Saul, refused to kill or even dishonor the king! For he knew that he was God's chosen one! He even executed the man who slew Saul in battle! Why then should we feel free to mock and be angry at our President? Even more that we have the love of Christ!

President Bush is a Christian man, but has, and continues to make some GIGANTIC errors in judgment when it comes to his job of protecting America.
