Yes i have, i have always had a fear of water mainly of drowning, under regression it turned out that in a previous life i went down with the ship i worked on at that time, i could see everything happening as it did then.
Quite something but to the non-believer they,d say ????

I have done past life regression (and as a certified hypnotist have done regressions on others). I think a lot of it is valid, but then you have those who really want to have been Cleopatra in a past life and they make sure they program themselves to get to have been who they wanted to be.
I find age regression a much more valuable tool. Our past has laid foundations for who we are, so I suppose there is some value in exploring that part of us. But the recent past, this life's past, is what is really of greatest import as we move forward in this physical incarnation.

There is no such thing as a past life. So why would I allow someone to use the power of suggestion to try to produce such an illusion? I prefer to live in the real world.

I've had a couple of recurring dreams that might be from past lives, but since so few people even claim to remember anything about other lives, how can we possibly progress from lessons learned form these lives? Wouldn't we learn more if we could remember things?
