According to Dreamcrowd:
To see a lover in your dream, symbolizes acceptance, self-worth, and acknowledgement of your true inner value. It may also indicate integration of masculine and feminine traits into yourself. You are feeling complete or whole. To dream of an old or former lover, signifies unfinished/unresolved issues related to that specific relationship. Your current relationship may be awakening some of those same issues.
To dream that you are hugging someone, symbolizes your loving and caring nature. You are holding someone or something close to your heart. Alternatively, it may indicate your need to be more affectionate.

Dreams don't /mean/ anything. They're images your body just creates. Dream analysis is a joke and it uses vague symbolic imagery to make you think a dream has a deeper meaning. Unfortunately, it doesn't. Your mind made that dream for entertainment purposes just like it creates hundreds more every night you sleep (we only remember about 2-4 out of the hundreds of dreams we have every night).
I bet you've had a dream where you stabbed that same guy but just don't remember it. I'm sorry but you just have to go on your actual feelings and not just on this dream. In the end, whatever you want the dream to mean is what you will believe it means. It's best just to make up your mind now.

The dream is just your heart wishing he would make the first move. It could happen but maybe not - next time you hug see if there is more there that you missed before or if it is only in your dreams. Good Luck!

You know, I have very detailed dreams also.
In my mind, I try not to search for anything significant. Sometimes dreams can turn on you and produce very negative feelings towards others.
So, I enjoy simple and happy dreams, throw away trashy and negative dreams.
Much like life, let the good in and keep the bad out!

You are 14, this is normal and the dream means nothing. Expect many more like this. They will decrease as your body chemistry (hormones) stabilizes. Meanwhile, enjoy the dreams!

dreams are made up of symbols that the sub-conscious makes up in order for you to deal with problems in your life that you cannot handle during waking hours. they do not foretell the future. they only allow you to deal with the present and the past. this dream is what you want it to be not what it
neccessarily is. has he shown any interest in you as more than a friend in the real world? if not then i would suggest that you foret about him as a boyfriend and go on with your life and find yourself some one else. this guy is not the one for you.

It's a good thing. You can feel things that are hard to explain in your dreams. They feel real. Never stop believing in your dreams because they are telling you something you just have to figure out what.

You could just be dreaming that this would happen with you 2 but it could also mean that he likes you.
