you could try the basic tooth paste method and see if that has any effect just dab a small amount onto the spot before you go to bed then take it off the next morning. It may sting a bit but thats usually a good sign. That usually works for me. If not most gels or washes with tea tree or witch hazel oil usually help.

When you're in the shower stick your face under hot water (as hot as you can stand) and rub your face then quickly turn it to freezing and rub again.
This is opening your pores and getting rid of all the dirt and the coldness is closing them up.
Then before you go to bed I use clean and clear blackhead removing tonic.
Dab it on a pad of cottonwool and clean your face with it.
Then put germolene over your spots quite thickly.
Use this everyday and your spots should clear up, it works for me!

I use Clinique set for my skin even though it's tad expensive in my opinion (the 3step skin-care - I only do the 1st 2 only though).
To get rid of spots, is to avoid squeezing it even it's it's horribly big... but if it's annoying you (like it does to me) I would use 2cotton buds to squeeze it out or use a hot needle (not literally on your spot).

Go to website "essentially yours .co.uk" they have a kill em dead spot kit thats fantastic it has face wash ,oil free moisturiser and spot cream in it. My teenage son had bad acne tried everything even tabs off doc, this is only thing that works.

try to get hold of this thing called CALENDULA it soooo good. i use it every day on my face and it clears the spots away really weel, especially if yu see aspot coming up and yu use this on it it wnt even come up:D but the bad thing is that it makes yur skin dry so make sure yu use moisturizer cream for yur face.
