Love to look upon only the Truth? As Love must look past fear, so must fear not see Love. The fierce attraction that guilt holds for fear is wholly absent from Love's gentle perception. any comments on this?

Relationships in this world are the result of how the world is seen. And this depends on which emotion was called on to send its messengers to look upon it. Spirt sends messengers of Love, if you send them forth, they will see only the blameless and the beautiful, the gentle and the kind, and replace the hungry dogs of fear that guilt would send.

Could the world be transformed before your very sight, cleansed of all guilt and softly brushed with beauty? The world contains no fear that you laid not upon it......

Guilt is a useless emotion. Love is far to busy to waist it's time noticing the useless.
Guilt is a product of judgment and judgment is the root of all ideas of evil.
Jesus ask that we judge not.
I think he was on to something.
Love and blessings Dear sister.

I disagree.
Guilt (within reason) is not a bad emotion. If left unrelieved then it can be destructive. Guilt is supposed to happen when someone knowingly does wrong (sins). This is your conscience telling you that you have not loved properly and you should make things right and to go back to God.
There would be something wrong with you if you sinned and did not feel guilty. Sociopaths feel no guilt.
Guilt can be equated to holding your hand over a candle. Put your hand in the flame and you burn. If you keep your hand over the flame and ignore the pain then you destroy your hand.
Experiencing guilt is like the pain you get from burning your hand. Guilt lets you know you did something to hurt or offend another person, and it should be dealt with otherwise if you continue it may destroy you from the inside out.
Like all emotions, guilt can be taken too far. It would harmful to feel guilt of things that are not wrong or after you have been forgiven.
With love in Christ.

we don't attraction to guilt. Guilt is a theory-related to the suggestions and a reaction interior the physique. that could be a human emotion, taught via our families and society. So, additionally, is worry an easy emotion born of the reaction of the physique to the suggestions of the suggestions and perpetuated via family contributors and society. I surely have in no way met absolutely everyone who feared love, purely people who did no longer be conscious of a thank you to enable it shine for the time of the heavy dense clouds of theory and emotion they consistently produced. What appears like the terror of like to the human suggestions is merely ever worry of replace or oblivion.

HUH?? Let me digest this slowly.
Fear of love does not come from guilt, it comes from a jaded heart. I agree, to love we must look past fear. Fear can cloud our perceptions.
I have no attraction to guilt, though I have made mistakes and certainly feel a certain amount of guilt.

Guilt is the psychological mechanism that allows punishment whether that be in a parental relationship, a partner relationship, or a religious relationship. It is fear based, and cannot be relieved without the acceptance of consequence. This can cause people to seek abuse for the cessation of their guilt - and thus perpetuate the cycle.

I stare Fear in the face and spit upon Love's doorstep. I invite Hatred to dinner parties and smile upon Death. Destruction is my best friend and Sin is my sister. Lies from my lips become the Truth and Truth spoken by me is always a Lie. I skip hand in hand with Doom who is unaware of the knife in my shoe that will kill her later. Greed pulls me by the hand and Envy steals her heart. Fate has chosen my life to be forever bound with the Prince of Darkness. My life now belongs to the Queen of all that is horrible, and I like it that way.
Got a problem with that?

Being guilty of wrong doing and knowing that there is nothing we can do to erase what we have done causes us to fear exposure, but when we have taken care of our guilt before God by repenting and believing then fear has no power over us.
We love God because he first loved us. Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
