i hav a 2001 ford f150 supercrew and my remote keyless doesnt work ?

Key FOBs are the small remote lock transmitter on your key chain. If neither of yours work, try reprograming them with the following procedure, if they still don't work replace the batteries in the key FOBs and try again.

Remote Transmitter Programming
NOTE: All keyless entry remote transmitters must be programmed at the same time.

Turn the ignition switch from OFF to RUN eight times within 10 seconds, ending in RUN. If the module has successfully entered program mode, it will lock and then unlock all doors.
Within 20 seconds, press any button on a keyless entry remote transmitter, and the doors will lock and then unlock to confirm that each keyless entry remote transmitter has been programmed. Repeat this step for each transmitter.
If the door locks do not respond for any keyless entry remote transmitter, wait several seconds and press the button again. If the door locks still fail to respond, refer to Inspection and Verification.
Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position, or wait up to 20 seconds after Step 2, to exit program mode. If a keyless entry remote transmitter has been programmed (or reprogrammed), the doors will lock and unlock one last time to confirm.

If none of the buttons on the fob work then most likely the battery has died in it. It's a simple fix, the batteries can be found at most drug stores. There should be an area in the seam of the fob where you can use a coin to pop the 2 halves apart. If only some of the buttons are working then the circuit board in the fob may be defective, or the receiver inside the truck. Either way, for that you would have make a visit to your local Ford dealer.

A key fob used to be a key ring with a tag or name plaque on it. Nowadays, it's a wireless remote entry electronic device .If yours doesn't work anymore, the battery inside it may be dead. Or take it to the Ford dealer to see if they can help.
