I believe u have got Virtumonde(Malware) its not very harmful but definitely a headache. Enter safe mode and run a complete virus scan of ur PC. Also download Windows Defender from here
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

after u r done with that run an online scan using norton from here
http://kb.wisc.edu/helpdesk/page.php?id=2389
Malwares are very hard to remove, so everytime u scan note down the location of the infected file, so that u can delete it manually in the worst case.
after doing all the above tasks, if u still feel that ur computer is not feeling well Download AdAware
http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-2007-Free/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5

oh and i almost forgot: UNINSTALL ALL SUSPICIOUS SOFTWARE BEFORE DOING ANYTHING. THAT CUD SOLVE THE ISSUE.

u may also download maicious software removal tool from microsoft from here(Its pretty handy on a malware attack)

I hope you have a good antivirus program, and if you don't have any antispyware, here are two links. Please download.
After downloading, I suggest you go into Safe Mode and run antivirus, antispyware, and ad-aware.

When you exit Safe Mode, your icons may have moved. Just drag them back, then Restart.

Ad-aware http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad_aware_free.php

Spybot
http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html

Safe Mode: Restart, quickly press and hold down the F8 key until you come to the black and white menu. Select Safe Model

Oh boy! This is a mess! You can try using AVG free or Spybot search and distroy. The best method and most reliable I've found is to do a complete reinstall. You do have a full backup don't you? :-)

Click on "Tools" and select manage Add-ons.
Then kill the SOB!
Add/Remove programs delete the toolbar if listed.
Then purge your C:\Windows\Prefetch folder so it can't
remanifest it's self.
