No, you have it wrong. Here's how it is...
Technology suggested at one time that we came from monkeys but has since been ruled out and remains only a theory that has actually been disproven even by scientists but for some reasons christians can't let it go.
Religion TELL US not SUGGESTS that we come from adam and eve. I think scientists should start killing people who don't believe in its practices so that pig headed christians can better relate to it.
My opinion of our existance? I believe that there is a higher power, a creator of some kind. I cannot prove it, i just find it hard to believe that life came from nothing. At one point there would have had to be no life, and the transition from none to life existing i consider an imposiblity without intervention of some kind. Perhaps im wrong and just cannot understand it, who knows. I do know that i'm not alone and people tend to justify the things i write off as things i cannot understand with religion.

Please, any and all Theists and even non-Theists, read an evolution paper or something to learn: "WE DO NOT COME FROM MONKEYS!!!!" That's around the 50th time that I had to say that...anyway, technology doesn't say anything like that, the Theory of Evolution does though...that we came from a common ancestors to monkeys, gorillas, and the likes. And Genesis says that human kind came from dirt...so let me ask you this, how is it so hard to believe that all of life came into existence from non-organic matter, when your beliefs are practically the same?

These evolutionist say we came from monkeys. We are similar to monkeys but all this proves is that we were made by the same designer. Monkeys are still monkeys and their aren't any half monkey half humans anywhere I know of. In the same way a Camaro can't become a Corvette, but both are similar because they were made by the same designer

1) Technology does not say that we came from monkeys
2) Evolution is an unproven theory which many scientists believe is true and some more discerning (like me) believe is *likely* to be true.
3) Evolution does not rule out the existence of Adam and Eve.
I hope this helps.

No-one says we came from monkeys. That is a silly myth. the Bible says we came from Adam and Eve. The bible also says that God formed the biological man from inorganic matter (the dust of the earth) BEFORE breathing spiritual life into him. The process by which God formed the biological man from inorganic matter is not specified in the Bible, but is clearly revealed by scientific evidence.

Actually evolution points out that humans share a common ancestor with monkeys, not that humans came from monkeys.

Prior to birth we lived as spirit offspring of heavenly parents. To help us in our development, our Heavenly Father prepared this earth with suitable conditions.
We are descended from Adam and Eve. I don't know much about the details of their creation, but I know they were intelligent and created in the image of God. We honor them as our first parents who faithfully participated in our Heavenly Father's plan.
