Both would be worth some money you need to decide first if you want a hi performance car or do you want a nice stock car.For high performance go with the 340 for stock with reasonable fuel mileage go with the 273.Don't destroy either car and you could restore them to original or you could paint them any color you want.Chrysler had some cool colors and you could make it look real cool but with a womans touch.Colors that would be cool panther pink, plum crazy or there are colors like hemi orange or sublime that look cool to.Good luck and enjoy them I've owned three.

Both! The 273 was a great little small block, prior to the LA318.
I am a parts guy, but actually rebuilt one. The 340 will be the most popular, and most money down the road at sale time.

The stock cuda could bring more bucks if it all original and numbers matching, then you can sell it and do a restore on the 340

RESTORE-- Define::: rapair and fix like it was brand new.. You are confused and Baracuda is all collectable mussel car. .When you say that I am gona restore in your garage---it will be their for atleast 4 years. And cost $20,000 That is if you know what your doin. I do not recommend taking one car apart .. Please restore both cars. I certainly hope these cars were sitting in a building out of the weather.. You don't have the time. Sell them to a person who will take care of these gems and restore them back to new...
