Trick question. All PEOPLE are obsessed with sex. Whether or not you are aware of it, you yourself are obsessed with sex, and always will be. Men are just more upfront about it. Some are more vulgar than others, but ultimately we are all sluts. You'll learn that when you're in your late twenties, if not before then. The problem is the double-standard in society-men want sex, and women want sex too, but they must play coy and come off as pure and virginal to appeal to the most amount of men at once. If our society took away the social punishments for girls being promiscuous, you would see and hear behavior from women generally comparable to men. They might not grab their crotches, but you'd see a lot more breast-grabbing and hair-twirling from all angles.

I think most guys are just sex-driven. It's a hormonal and an attention thing. When a guy sees a girl he likes hormones will take over! So I would say he's probably trying to get some attention...If you just ignore him he'll tone it down a lil with you anyways. Hope I helped!
