actually my face is becomming yellowish but i need redish

Increasing your blood is unnecessary and could hurt you. Yellow skin is a sign called jaundice. You could have a liver problem which would interfere with cleaning your blood. I would go to a doctor and get it checked out. There's not much you can do on your own.

If your bone marrow,liver and kidneys are normal you will have enough blood. And that will be clean blood. Get a chek up.
