Hee hee

For the first part...well, every creation myth is the self-story of a particular people, and each has come up with a story that reflects the natural/environmental conditions in which they developed, and their creative imagination. That's why there are so many and why they are so different. Each is "right" in that it's an accurate reflection of those things.

The stories about gods beating each other up are metaphors for cultures in clash.

That's just the way that people used to talk about war...they thought that if they won, it was because their god was victorious over the other peoples' god.

There is only one God, all other gods are man made, and God will destroy thyem, as he has done in the early days.
Why would you want to worship something made by a fresh and blood person, the same as you or I. It has no power to do any thing, it is lifeless. God is not a myth, He is very much alive. God had no beginning and no end. His hands is not on this world at this time, He is letting man with his free will, to do his own thing, and mman is finding out that he is no good at doing his own thing. Look how big a mess man has created. God will have to step in to clean it up , and He will, just before man destroys all Humanity, watch the news, you will see the end is near.

There are as many myths about creation as there are peoples in this world. Yes, "peoples". Each tribe or race or individual has an answer to that question which best explains its or his/her universe. Who says anyone has to be right? It's part of the color of the world. One accepts the answer that most matches one's experience. Maybe it doesn't matter who, if anyone is right? How can any one answer be right? We don't have the experience of being God or whatever one calls anything transcendent, so I don't think we are in the position to judge.

"and became as quickly as a guy like us yet now's an immortal being who..." Please, study the babble you produced, back. The Universe is merely approximately 14 billion years previous. people - Homo sapiens originated in Africa, the place it reached anatomical modernity approximately 2 hundred,000 years in the past and commenced to exhibit finished behavioral modernity around 50,000 years in the past. The human lineage diverged from the final person-friendly ancestor with its closest residing relative, the chimpanzee, some 5 million years in the past. So how is a god a manufactured from guy and how did this god created the universe then???

Everyone believes his own God and own creation stories are correct, except for atheists who don't believe any of them or agnostics who don't know which is right.

There is no way to absolutely prove one of the myths true - unless the Gods themselves descend upon the Earth and show themselves and that ain't gonna happen since none of them exist (at least in my opinion)

Gee, I hope I don't fail your test.

No one knows anything for sure.

I think the virgin birth story would have been easier to swallow if it had been unique to Jesus.

Since the whole myth surrounding Jesus' life was exactly the same for Mithra, I don't buy it. Even as a theist, I can't buy it.

Christian and Aztec, and maybe others.

St. Augustine said that God created the universe in an instant. He did not interpret Genesis literally as some others do.

I like the one that the Aboriginals of Australia tell.
Their god not only turned ants into stars, but invented the Yidaki (digeridoo) at the same time.
That's a two-fer!

Which gods are you referencing? There is only one God.

Genesis 1:1
"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."

Creation is the truth. Evolution is a myth.
