cant ever seem to get a girl. none of the hot girls like my friends. im popular in school but i am not athletic and all my friends are. im going into ninth grade. im fourteen i want to do track next year to get some girls AND to prove to myself i can do it. i need to lose about five pounds ( in no rush ) so can i have a simple weight loss scheduale and for track a running scheduale i can run about 1.75 miles at 5 miles per hour and my mile time is about 11 minutes so can i have something that will fit my requirements

Don't worry about your weight, that will go while your training. Just make some common sense food selections and you'll be fine. (apples instead of candy bars, that kind of thing) Hit the weights in the gym, not heavy, just enough to increase bone density, and abs won't hurt with the ladies. Also a female running partner won't hurt ether. Even if you don't really like her, she'll have friends.

14? Concentrate on school work for at least 4 years, maybe 8 years, and then you can worry about not being popular with girls. You are too young for this to be a major concern in your life.

if ur only 5 pound onerweight the prob not ur weight its ur face losing 5 wont help u sorry pimpin

just run and walk daily. that is just about the only way you will get faster and it will tone your body.
