Tweeze it. Tweezing is a good, although somewhat painful way to remove small areas of unwanted facial hair. Because the hair is plucked out at the root, it takes longer for regrowth to appear.
Use depilatory creams, gels and lotions, which contain a chemical that alters the structure of the hair for easy removal. This chemical can be irritating to skin, so use only a product especially formulated for the face. Always do a skin test on a small area of the face before using the product, and follow directions exactly to avoid irritation or chemical burns.
Consider waxing every 4 to 6 weeks, in which you apply hot or cold wax to the area of unwanted hair. The hair becomes affixed to the wax and the wax is then pulled off the skin, taking the hair with it. Test a small area of your skin for an allergic reaction before using, and do not use wax on sunburned or irritated skin.
Think about electrolysis, a permanent hair removal method in which an electrical current is used to destroy the hair root. Several treatments may be required over a period of time, as each hair follicle must be destroyed individually.
Laser it. Hair removal by laser must be done by a licensed professional. It can be expensive and time-consuming, and it may not be permanent. It is best to discuss your situation with a professional. You can find one by looking in the yellow pages under "Hair Removing."
Consider using a lotion containing alpha-hydroxy acid after any of the above treatments. It exfoliates the skin, which helps to prevent ingrown hairs.
If all else fails, bleaching the hair is a safe and easy option.

There's a new technology product, available in India, an "Aloe-Vera based cream" which is designed to remove the growth of unwanted hairs of the face, arms, underarms, legs, bikini line etc. The unwanted hairs first need to be removed from a normal intact skin by waxing, threading, plucking, epilating etc. Then the cream is applied for 1 week and the process is repeated for 3 months. The final result is that YOU WILL NOT HAVE HAIRS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE where the cream has been used !!!
Effectiveness of the cream depends on how effectively the hairs have been removed at the first place. When the hair is plucked / pulled from the root it exposes the core of the hair-manufacturing factory to the cream. Now the active principle of the cream permanently damages this hair-manufacturing factory itself. Repeated application of the cream after every hair removal sessions effectively deactivates more and more hair FOLLICLES. And as we are all born with a limited number of hair follicles on the body, the number of hair keep declining.

If you start going to a spa on the first 3 trips ... the hair start to grow in very fine and after like 6 months ... the hair will stop growing in.
You should start out at the spa every 3 weeks for 3 months and then ... once a month for three months ... make sure you go to a spa and see if there's a gay guy that works there, (don't ask is there one that works there, just observe) or an younger female.
Speaking from someone who loves going to the spas, LOL
~wink~

Your mom knows the home remedy. Apply turmeric powder after your bath, allow it for some time and wash off! Regular use of some turmeric creams also prevents hair growth on your face. I read some tips in the site below. Please try.
