hey, thats no way to go on diet okay. you might even get opposite results. eat well and exercise is the way!to get some protein, eat some lean meat will do.=)

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

To be health conscious does not mean that you go for a fast. By fasting and giving a barrier to many foods means that you are banning a number of nutrients from your body. The best way is stop the junkie and go for boiled. in this way, you get all the nutrients and the problem of proteins also solves.
Boiled pulses, stew (boiled vegetables).

If you're eating an apple, you're not fasting. If you're fasting to clean out your system, you may want to speak with your doctor or his/her nurse or to go to a website to get the info you need to do the fasting correctly. Fasting for 10 days...really fasting for 10 days is no joke. Not getting enough nutrients to your brain and heart is not a good plan,, even for 10 days. Read up on "fasting" on Yahoo search before heading out on your plan...and by all means, tell a relative or friend you're doing it just in case you pass out.

If you are fasting, then you should not be too worried about getting protein for the limited period of time. In the first place, what are your reasons for fasting? Is it for allowing your body a chance to detoxify and cleanse of toxins?
Of course, any type of prolonged fast for the purposes of detoxification, may require you to take a multivitamin.

if you want protein and don't want to get it from a protein drink...
have you tried ensure, or carnation breakfast drink or something like that that is a meal in a can?
if you are fasting you can't really get what you need unless you take in other than water

Why are you fasting? You should not fast for 10 days by drinking water only, you will get sick and your hair and nails will become brittle. You need at least 1200-1500 calories per day.

first off, fasting for 10 days drinking only water and eating apples when hungry is not good at all. why don't you just start eating balanced meals. the more you starve yourself the more likely you are to binge and eat more than what you would normally do if you eat regular meals.

You didn't mention why you were doing this. If you feel you will loose weight you will but it will be MUCH slower because your body will kick in it's "starvation reflex". You would be far better off eating a sensible diet and exercising. You'll look better too because of the muscle.

Dont fast, simple as that really.
But if you do fast do it for 24/48 hrs maimum as your body can cope with that and you can survive on water only, no apples.
