Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. Brisk Walking will help you burn tummy fats and lower body fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Fat does not melt away, regardless of what you read in the magazines. You can do toning exercises to target that area, but nothing melts fat in 1-2 days.

possibly in a day or two?
The only way to do that is to literally melt it - with great heat, but this might leave horrible burn scars on you.

Sorry - NOT possible to have what you want in "a day or two".

i go to the gym and it is so not possible to melt it in a day or two. try those non invasive surgery like mesotherapy or wutever.
