There is nothing that the army can do to the other woman if she is not also a military soldier. As long as she is a spouse there is nothing they can do. Now they can contact her husband and let them know what is going on but before they do that they will investagate what you say is true. I mean they don't know what you are saying is true and of course this is the worst time to tell a soldier this type of news.

THey will not freeze her assests or even kick her out of housing if she lives on post. They will do nothing to her. The only justice that will be served to her will be that her husband divorces her and that all the other wives will know to keep thier husbands away from her. But also in the long run, that means that they will know that your husband is fooling around with such a slut.

Take care and good luck.

Ok unless she is inthe army why contact them? That's like if her husband worked for the post office and you called them to complain. For gods sake it's HIS job not hers and they can't do squat to her....except tell him IF they want to and from what I've seen that isn't the way things usually go. And how do you think they can freeze her assets? Are they the IRS? Uh no they are not! Seriously here you need to realize that she owes you nothing but that lying cheating scoundrel husband of yours does. ALL the blame needs to be placed at HIS feet! And did you stop to consider the fact that this woman's husband is in Iraq risking his life and the last thing he needs is to deal not only with a cheating wife but also some other vindictive woman messing with his life at home. Rest assured that the other woman will get hers (the cheaters always do) but you need to not stoop to a lower level than she has! She was not the cause of your problems and you are deluding yourself if you think that punishing her will fix anything!

Well first of all she has to be a soldier for anything to happen to her, if she is just a military wife the army cant do a thing but they can your husband. They will do an investigation but to tell you it is a long and tedious process. To get him convicted or in trouble you have to have proof that they are "living as a couple", in other words you have to have say a water bill or something in both of their names. Just pictures of them together will not work. So if you can proof in writing like a bill or bank statement or something he can get in some serious trouble and her too if she is a solder, anything from loosing rank to a dishonorable discharge and the rest of his contract spent in a military prision. Hope this helps. If you have any questions email me a_audsley@hotmail.com

What is wrong with you?! why are you so focused on the woman, you NEED to be worrying about your husband. She had no commitment to you-he did. Leave the woman a lone, and follow one or two of these three options.

1. Leave the bastard
2. Seek counseling, you guys really need it.
3. Get the divorce papers out.

well you would have to literally tell the husband in iraq about it all hopefully he will file for divorce from her if he is smart enough the military generally wont do much about her it is a commone thing hence it they over look it majorly the best thing to do is when the husband gets back have a talk with him or find a way to contact him while he is in iraq via address if your husband is military he can be kicked out

Set aside your hostilities toward the other woman; concentrate on the major focus of your problems, which is your husband. You have several choices to make:

1. Seek counseling for your husband.
2. Live with him and let him do as he pleases.
3. Divorce.

You cannot police the actions of the adulterous woman that your husband is seeing. Focus ever so strongly on your adulterous husband and work on the inner problems that threaten your marriage and family.

You are taking all out revenge on that woman. You try to destroy her...ask yourself what cause your husb to do that. What justice you are talking about if you are to be blamed too!

Unless the cheating wife is in the Army nothing can be done to her. They do not care about what dependents do in their personal lives. I would worry more about your husbands infidelity.

no, they won't freeze her assets. it is an internal matter, the military does not get involved unless the mission is compromised.

worry less about getting the other woman in trouble and worry more about your own marriage. he is a party to it as well, it isn't entirely her fault, you know.
