I am going to go camping trip(organized by college and its compulsory) next week for 5 days. I hate it. We all have to do activities like kayaking and all that and i'm pretty sure that I am going to get sunburn. The problem is, my party is gonna be few days after the camping and I dont want to look "burned". What should I do before, while and after the camping to make sure my skin stays normal?

Suncream is one of the best ways to prevent sunburn. Use suncream with a high factor (SPF 30+) and follow the instructions on the back of the bottle to know when to next re-apply. Also remember to re-apply after being in the water. Also try to stay in the shade and maybe cover up with a cool, loose kaftan type thing to prevent your shoulders and arms becoming burnt. To prevent being burnt on your face, use a moisturisier with added SPF and use a special SPF chapstick to stop your lips becoming chapped and burnt.

You probably will get burnt somewhere, but to help stop it from the burning sensation and reduce the red appearance, use aftersun.

Have a great trip- it sounds like fun anyway! Remember to take regular drinks to stop you getting dehydrated too :)

Hope this helps x

Get a high SPF sunblock like SPF 30, or 50. And to not get mosquito bites, but bug spray on.

After you shower apply 50 block + to your skin all over and let it soak in before you dress..Especially apply it to your face/ears and behind your neck... Take the bottle with you and reapply often.... If you can try and wear light clothing and keep hydrated..Good luck

keep putting a type of sun-block lotion that fits you.
u can try washing yourself with lemon and water once in a while. i heard that lemon mixed with water keeps the skin fair, or not dark.
try avoiding too much sun. but do not avoid the sun. u need your vitamin D.
best of lucks!
and hav fun at camp =]

-start with moisturizer to hydrate your skin (Avon's Moisture Therapy with Aloe)
-next waterproof sunscreen - spf 30-50 (you might have to reapply)
- just in case - Aloe Vera Gel (speeds up cell regeneration if you do get burnt)
