not cramps, they just feel weak. I'm not new to running, I've just been running a lot more lately.
What's the problem?

you should probably stretch better before and after you run. stretching after you run may seem pointless, but it actually makes your muscles feel better later. if you've been stretching before and after you run its probably just muscle fatigue from your increase in the amount you run, and you'll get past it as your body adjusts to the extra running.

Do you stretch before you run?
I run everyday, and sometimes i forget to stretch and my legs end up feeling weak. That could be the problem, or like you said, you've been running a lot more latley. Maybe pace yourself a little before running a longer distance.

If you didn't to any exersicing before running that is the reason, you need to warm up before doing any other stuff, like running.
