I'm on my girlfriend's yahoo answer's thing becaus she left it up at my house and I NEED to know if I was wrong!!!

STORY #1
I had asked my girlfriend to stop by my mother's house last night. She phoned me after driving 40 min. away to my mothers and said she was on her way to my mothers home. I had forgotten we had made plans and was just about to go out with some friends. I sked her if she could just drive around for a half hour because I was just about to go out. She FLIPPED OUT demanding I be home when I get there because what I was doing was not right! Then when she got to my house she was all angry the whole time
WAS I WRONG??!!!!

STORY # 2
My two friend's smoke a lot of pot. That night I did not smoke AT ALL because she asked me not to. My friend's wanted to go to taco bell. I asked my girlfriend if she wanted to go and she said "no thanks not if your friend is high." I asked her if she'd like to drive and she got angry and said "After I just drove 40 min out of my way?" My friend's were nagging me to go and my girlfriend didn't want me to go. I told them it wasn't right me leaving my girlfriend at my mother's house by herself when everyone was asleep. My friend's kept nagging me and my girlfriend was getting angry. She kept "INSISTING" that I go all she kept saying was "Go-GO if your going to go" "JUST GO IF YOU ARE GOING TO GO!" I told her if she didn't want me to I wouldn't go she was just annoyed and said "No if you want to go it's your own choice" I asked her what she planned on doing while I was gone and she told me she'd just watch tv.Well, when I left she said "so your going?" and I said "YEAH"

well after I left I guess she got bored. We ended up being gone for about an hour and a half. Taco bell was more out of the way then we had thought and since my friend was stoned we had to drive really slow. When we got home my girlfriend yelled at me like she had never EVER yelled at me before. She told me what I did was so rude and so wrong and she did not want to see me for AWHILE. WAS I WRONG!!? SHE TOLD ME TO GO!!!!!

its a comman trap that girls will set up they will tell you to go when all they want is for you to stay. I always make the trap go off as well. I say that if she wants to play games than play them.

yeah you are wrong. you were a jerk in #1 and your friends are in #2
you don't have a girl drive that far then have the nerve to ask her to just drive around more while you go party with your friends
and probly get high (illegal didn't you know)
the price of gas alone should make you not even suggest that of her
and secondly the whole taco bell run with your crack head friends... yea not smart. she was smart not to go with you, you could have been pulled over and arrested.
foolish choices.
rethink your friends and what's important to you.
your girlfriend has her head on straight, adjust yours

Well, not so much wrong as just dumb. You know what you want to do. She knows what she wants to do. You both know what the other wants. But rather than just talking and listening to each other, you play this little game where you each try to get what you want while making it the other person's fault that they're disappointed.
There are two ways out of this ridiculous fiasco. Either say what you want and be done with it ("I want to go out with my mates and that's what I intend to do") or stop pretending that you don't know what she wants you to do, and put her desires ahead of your own.
Both of you just need to grow the heck up.

Yes,and I think your girlfriend is disapointed . If you forgot about ur appointment,than at least you should make it up to her and try to do things 2gether and have fun. It's rude 2 leave her all by herself!

She drove quite a distance to be with you and to spend time with you but you wanted to hangout with your drug addict looser friends instead and you totaly forgot that you 2 had made plans to be together! Are you wrong for blowing her off once she got there and you wanted to take off with toke and smoke to feed your f ucking crack smoking pie holes........Yea she has every right to be pissed at you and YES YOU ARE WRONG!, hope she dumps your stupid a ss! On both stories you are WRONG!!!!
you dont make plans with your girl then ask her to drive around for a bit just because you forgot. You tell your pals to go home as ur girl is on her way.
2nd of ocurse she was going to tell you to go to taco bell because at that point you had made her feel so worthless that she wanted to tell you to go but wanted you to say NO I would rather stay here with you. So by you going she came rightly to the conclusion that either a you are a muppet who cares more about your friends or B that again you are a muppet who is scared to say no to his friends.
Either way mate she deserves better than this and I am surprised you needed to ask, surely you can see for yourself why she told you to go to taco bell? She needed you to tell her you want to be with her and she wanted to feel that she wasnt holding you back.
If you dont care about her leave her so she can find someoen who will.
She would be angry wouldnt she, afterall your friends were there when she wanted and thought she was spending time alone with you. If that wasn't bad enough your friends were stoned, why would she want or be epected to be aorund them??? Look in the mirror and the truth will stare back at you.

To the person below me, not all girls say this as a trap, but because they don't know whaqt else to say and are scared of telling you the truth that they would prefer you stay as it would make them feel more loved so they say go, hoping you will just stay anyway and when you dont stay it hurts so bad that they do flip out. I certainly don't think she was playing games and I hope she comes to her sense and never dates you again.

0 I want time with my man! HELP!!!?
My boyfriend left for vacation on July18th. He was staying at his friend's house until the 24th. I went over to his apartment on the 24th which was his birthday and much to my surprise his guy friend that he stayed with came down to his house I was glad to see him but I just wanted some time alone with him. The next day the 25th I left for vacation with some friends I had invited my boyfriend MONTHS in advance but he declined! He sent me a message saying his friend would be leaving on the 27th and how he couldn't wait to spend time with me when I got back. I got back on the 29th and his friend was STILL there!! Every time I asked him if we could go out on a date or do something he'd decline because he didn't want to leave his friend home with nothing to do! His friend is STILL there! He has been with this friend since the 18th of July and the friend was now supposed to leave TODAY! My boyfriend & I were supposed to go out tonight!! NOW the friend is not leaving until tomorrow!!!!
