be happy that you are not dead. thank god that you have both of your eyes, ears and hands.... be thankful that you can walk and talk, and that you were able to sit at that computer and type your answer... so many people cant, and they are just thankful to be alive....
something to think about.

Really, sorry but your question is too vague. This is an engagement and wedding site and we may not be the best people to help you. We could guess your depression is something to do with an engagement or wedding but we could be wrong. Remember the saying ' a problem shared'? Talk to someone about the way you feel, nurse, doctor, socil worker whatever. If you are reluctant to involve such people tell a good responsible friend or family member how you are feeling. Good luck!!!

We both are in the same boat. Perhaps, you know the origin of yours, I do not. It really got worse at work last night, and I really became concerned.
I am not big on popping pills, so I went and licked about a full teaspoon of cinnamon. It actually breaks through the depression for a few hours, so you can deal with it.
I drank water of course. I have to go to work today, and I plan to do it again as soon as I get to work. My job is not the source of the depression, for it is a really nice place to work.

What ever you do don't take anti depressions they are bad. My mum takes them and she said she cant get off them she has like become dependent on them. Just take some time out maybe go on holiday some where nice. If you have kids ask some one you know well to look after them for a bit and take some well earned me time. Hope you get better.

no one can make you happy unless you decide to snap out it yourself..... the visits to a psychiatrist r a waste of time and money and the drugs they give have weird effects....
the only holistic way is to either go to a regular doctor and have them prescribe you higher doses of vitamin B12... and try your hardest to get out of bed, every morning and take a long brisk walk....to help release your endorphins...
whatever you do ,,, do not stay in bed as this will make you zone out and become more and more depressed... i cannot think of anything better than this... good luck

do not get anti-depressants from your family doc or GYN - ask a psychiatrist! You do not know if you are Uni-polar or bi-polar - the wrong drugs can make you worse. Get enough sleep, eat right, exercise & take vitamins, and try to reduce stres first.
