If you use winzip, it has an option under the "action" menu to split the file to any size you need.

If you just want to split the file into parts of equal size, get HJSplit. It splits the file, then rejoins it. If you want the file compressed, you may end up paying for winrar or winzip. Neither one are free, but both compress files.

Try burning it onto a CD-Rom and see if that has enough size for you, it has the capacity of 700 mb. Otherwise you can use either Winrar or WinZip to compress the file.

Oh, in my experience, it's easy way.Just use RZ Video Converter which can split any videos into parts by setting startting time and ending time, such as split a large avi video into multiple parts. rz video converter also can convert any videos or audios between different formats with good quality, if you need in the future, you can use it. Yahoo or google search and download rz video converter. Hope it can help you.
