Why can't they understand the United States is not their home? They are here illegally and have NO RIGHTS!
They are teaching their children to protest for "their rights" that don't exist. What is wrong with these people? What does it take for them to understand that they are nothing but criminals in the US? They and their children are not welcome here!
They are NOT Immigrants. Immigrants are people who enter a country with permission from that country's government.
Criminal juveniles protesting on US soil - just lilke their criminal parents.

I'm getting a bit tired of the media's and the politician's extreme PC stance when it comes to illegal aliens. They are not undocumented workers or unauthorized immigrants.
My daughter-in-law is a legal immigrant from France. My stepson's wife is a naturalized citizen from Mexico City. Both are fluent in English, love this nation and contribute to it. To attempt to categorize illegal aliens with immigrants is an insult to all current and past legal immigrants.
I have no sympathy for the illegal aliens, they made a choice to either come here illegally or remain here illegally after a visa or permit lapsed. To remain years after receiving a deportation order is inexcusable. Ignorance of law is no defense, and neither is ignoring the law.
La Raza uses federal grant money to fund charter schools in CA which teach the children of illegals that it is wrong to assimilate, teach Mexican pride, and encourage them to speak Spanish and not English. That is not indicative of an organization that wants to benefit our nation. It is not teaching children to share the values of our citizens or to respect our laws. It is wrong and as far as I am concerned, they have one right..the right to deportation.

Your argument would be stronger if you were actually showing an understanding of the law -- but many of your statements are completely incorrect from a legal perspective.
Any "person" in the US has full constitutional rights for due process and other 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th Amendment protections. But don't take my word for it. Read the Supreme Court cases over the past century that have repeatedly confirned this.
And "immigrant" as defined by 8 USC 1101 mean anyone who is not a US citizen or national, with specific exceptions for people who are here on a legal temporary basis. So, your statement is again legally and factually incorrect.
And the "American Patrol" website you cite blatantly mis-represents the law to justify their position. As people have pointed out in several other questions recently.
So, if your arguments are that people shouldn't break the law -- I agree. But it would help your arguments more if you got the law right.

It is disgusting, isn't it? It's their sense of entitlement that irks me most! WE owe them nothing and they do not have a RIGHT to be here! We are a nation that has been overrun due to our generosity and it's about to be played out. Like I said vote! And be aware of what they stand for, it's our ticket to ridding our country of all of these radicals! I wonder myself what is wrong with people like this, it must be the way they were reared and it's not very attractive nor does it reflect the kind of values and morals that we were reared with, does it?

considering California is broke, ineffective, and a drain and a soreness to something of the rustic, get all the yank fanatics out, placed up a great fence and sell off all the illegals in there, in basic terms like in get away from ny.

that's one of the reasons tom tancredo has my vote. he feels if they are going to come here they need to get paper work saying they give up all loyalty to their old country and give loyalty to the new one. if they cant then they need to go home and make a choice. he says immigrants need to assimilate. he said we need to stop all immigration until the new immigrants have learned to be Americans. he's also upset that we are printing news papers in 2 languages. tancredo has my vote. he's a god send to this country in my book.
