i got charged with 2 felonies, 1 for stealing a car, a 8,000 dollar car...and the other felony for having a knife in school...so i got expelled...i got a gross misdemeanor for stealing a purse and camera, and a misdemeanor for assaulting a kid, but he hit me first and cut me and when i hit him he didnt bleed at all, just bruised up and ran to his mommy, and a petty offense for selling a controlled substance...im 18 yrs old and in Florida...whats the judge gona do to me...

You should have thought about doing all this before you became an adult. Unfortunately (for you) even though you're in high school, you'll be tried as an adult. Tough luck! Better make friends with your bunkmate, before he gets friendly with you!

Ok, a friend of mine stole two cars and he was 17. 17 is an adult in my state at least for prison. I know he was sent to a youth center for long term. It was a work force thing. He ended up asking the court to just send him to prison instead of probation. He served 5 years and now he is facing a class C felony for possesing drugs. I think you will at least get some jail time. I'm not sure if you will go to prison. If you go it will be for 120 days (4 months) and then you will be on heavy probation for a while afterwards. I hope the best for you, and hire a good lawyer. A Public Defender is a Public Pretender. Your 17 and you made some mistakes. You have your life ahead of you. So don't worry to much you will get thru about 6 months of bs and then you will have a chance to walk a perfect probation.

You're charge with multiple felonies from unrelated incidencts, you've shown to the judge that you're a danger to the community through your robbery, possession of a knife IN SCHOOL and assaulting someone. And you're an adult.
As a prosecutor, I'd ask for a year in jail or a split sentence of 6 months jail and 5 years probation on the felony robbery/grand larceny charge (unless the purse wasn't in the woman's hand).
You'd be damned lucky to get off without spending half a year in jail.

Hopefully he/she puts you behind bars until you are old and debilitated. Sounds to me like you are a career criminal in the works and you don't have control over how you perceive, and act in some situations. You don't deserve to be out in the real world with others that you would put in harms way - for you!
