5 year old Mercedes Benz or a Honda 2 year old? MB may end up costing you a lot to maintain. Other information like mileage on each car. Personal preferences come into play here. Honda looks like you are fugal and the MB looks like your worldly and rich. Presumption might not be true. I think cost of maintence and insurance should be looked at.

The Benz is certainly a different class of car, as long as it has reasonably low ks and you have the extended warranty I'd go for it. They do cost a bomb to service though so check that out first.

Do not get the MB. That was the worst thing Mercedes did. If you dont care about depreciation, then get the MB.
