RAJA YOGA-
If man aspires for deep peace and eternal bliss, independent of sense-objects,if his aim is to know the mysteries of this life and beyond and to have a link with God, and if he loves to be relaxed in mind and pure in thought,Raja Yoga is the way.
Raja Yoga enables one to withdraw from one’s senses and to have long life as a tortoise. It is through Raja Yoga that a world order of complete purity, peace and prosperity can be re-established.
The aim of Rajyoga meditation is to successfully establish a mental link with the supreme source of all spiritual energy and power, the Supreme Soul, with the purpose of freeing the individual soul from sorrow, misery, pain, depression, fear, anxiety, illness, insecurity and phobias, and enabling the soul to once again experience constant peace, happiness, love and lasting health and prosperity-

All meditation claim to lead one to eternal bliss. I think eternal bliss cannot be achieved till you are dead. If it is, its momentary, a momentary pleasure with opposite sex. But societies and religions will not allow a normal person to accept this fact.

Nothing, not even enlightenment, will give you eternal bliss. Such practices aren't meant to find bliss, but to teach you how to handle the less blissful times of life with grace, peace, and understanding.

Any meditation can lead us to bliss. It is not the complexity of meditation which matters, it is the depth of your faith which helps you in progress
