I have large breasts (48D) and i have some sagging (im also very overweight, so hopefully it will improve when i loose the wieght) will it? Also, will wearing a supportive bra all day, and a sports bra at night help prevent more sagging?

With a 48D, wearing a well fitted and supportive bra will help to reduce drooping (and stretch marks). The other thing to do is to increase the tone of the supportive muscles behind the breasts through exercise.

Losing weight may reduce the size of your breasts but won't in itself effect muscle tone. Exercise and proper support are essential to you.

a classic eating habitual (circumvent some meals) won't lowering the bust length. E.x. A fat woman doing a eating habitual. whilst she succesfull and have been given a narrow physique. Her bust will nonetheless on comparable length. Mmm...according to risk slightly cut back or much less. yet, what could be difficulty approximately is that the bust shape will seems gruesome (flabby and unfastened). So, no longer basically a eating habitual could do, yet in addition trainning and excercise
