Easily unless it takes more than say 1:30 to eat lunch. The N/R/W stop at 59th street and Lex which you can take 3 stops (downtown) to 42nd and Broadway. From there it is a quick 5-10 minute walk to your theater.

SBJNYC is correct as long as you sit down to lunch by 12 -- you can tell the waiter that you have theater tickets and need to be out the door by 1:00 and easliy if you go to lunch at 11:30 which I'm pretty sure you can at a hotel...

Yes you can i have done it!!
If you keep your time good & use probs the sub way you can!
I walked from 48th Street 8th ave - 61st it took 15 mins to walk there! But got the subway back which took 5 mins.

But you'd have to have a quick lunch!

Yes if you take a cab. If you take the crosstown shuttle I don't think you'll make it unless you eat really fast and fail to enjoy lunch.
