Call an emergency vet for advice. I know I will get a thousand thumbs down for this but, personally I would put the pup out of its misery. Then again I am not there to see what is going on. I will not allow one of my dogs to suffer if there is no hope.

To add to the answer I just sent - you write 2 week old puppy! Is the mother of the pup with you or ? as the pup NEEDs its mom and please REDUCE the amount of Turmeric that you will mix with the honey - as its a 2 week old not 2 month old as I misread- The amount U should use is half the amount of your little finger nail( hope the finger nail short means just a very minute amount a real small small pinch with a real small bit of honey- as its a 2 week old the pup is not weaned and so U have to BE real Careful as it will be a new bit going into its system.
Did someone stamp the pup? did it fall from the bed while playing with it? A kid maybe did it and is scared to tell? did the mother snap AT IT? MANY MANY REASONS

It sounds like she has some kind of an abcess. You must have emergency animal clinics in your area. Being that it's on her head, I would take her immediately, just to be on the safe side. I hope she's ok! Let us know what happens, if you can! Good Luck! Poor Baby!!!

Poor Puppy!!!
Try and keep her walm and comfortable and try and feed her using a bottle.
Ive hand-reared pups before, and I was wondering if this puppy was being hand-reared or with its mother
Try and keep it away from other puppies, if you can.
I think the lump is just a liquid mass. However im not sure what you can do about it.

I can't believe the answer above me - she's suggesting the puppy is put to sleep?!? This hardly sounds life-threatening!
I would take the pup to an emergency vet though, if she is in pain. If it was me I could not wait, watching a dog in pain, especially one so young. Do you have the mother as well? is the pup suckling?
It sounds like a cyst, or an abscess. It needs veterinary attention asap.

Try to take the puppy to the emergency vet... if it feels like it is just a liquid my vet suggest you take a needle sewing ones work for this and make sure you have a lot of towels handy and try to drain some of the fluids you will must likely have a lot of nasty look-in stuff drain, make sure to keep the area clean and seek help from vet as soon as there open you do not want the area to become infected your vet will probably offer you amoxacillin... and will check the site to make sure everything is heeling... put I would not worry because my dog's and cat's get them all the time... but it does take some time to fully heel...
