my videos and photos taken from my camcorder is too dark...
what's a good software to fix the color...

For photos, I agree with entikryst, Picasa is very good, but not for high resolution images. For your application I think it would be great and it's free.
The next step up is Adobe Lightroom - about $300 USD.
Great program for tweaking the colors and lightness etc of images. Very good user interface and designed specifically for photographers.

iMovie for the mac or maybe Windows Movie Maker for the Pc

There is Photoshop, which is not inexpensive, but GIMP is free.
