That IS a tough question.

The thing I hate most about Christmas is the gifts. There's too much attention focused on them. The thing I love MOST is being together.....you usually have more of your family together on Christmas than at any other time of the year. You see lots of friends, etc.....there's definitely something special in that.

Birthdays...... are milestones. They remind us of where we've been and where we're headed. What we need to strive for. What needs to change. They're also a great excuse to party. ;)

I guess. If I had to pick. I'd pick birthdays. I always tend to have crummy luck on mine and usually end up feeling sorry for myself.

Birthdays - that day always makes me feel selfish.

At least with Christmas there is Spirit that comes with the holidays - and everyone is getting & giving so it's not just all about me, like a birthday is.

I would get rid of Christmas cos the real meaning of Christmas has become too commerical and it is very hard to keep up with this Santy business.

I would get rid of Christmas because its only a religious thing isnt it? You dont exactly get a year older at christmas. You can get presants and that sort of thing at birthdays.

Birthdays!!! I am turning 40 this month. I just love Christmas, with all the lights and celebrating by everyone, not just me.
Hmmmm....Christmas is Jesus' birthday, so would we celebrate anything?
