I want it to publish in the center of the page and to be about 795 wide. How do I do this? I can only figure out how to change the "View" setting but I don't think that'll be any help when I actually want to publish it.

In FrontPage 2003 go to Table Menu -> Insert -> Table

Put all your specs in the dialog box, such as width (check the pixel radio button) and checking the center alignment.

If you make the table one column then you can put all your content in the one cell and it will be centered on the page, just like you want.

Click okay and the table is on your web page centered.

the simplest way i would suggest u would be to create a empty table with its border attribute set to 0 and width attribute set to whatever u want the width of the page to be.
as far as publishing things to center goes u can use the center align option from the menus. or in the toolbar.
