I just bought a 2007 pathfinder and its been 4 days since i got it from the dealer and noticed that there is a little bump on the right front wheelwell. are they going to fix this or are they going to say no since its off their lot?

Didn't you go over your checklist with your sales consultant during the delivery? There is a question right there on it that asks," Is car clean, and free of any damage ?" You signed off on that delivery checklist, right ?

Now, the dealership may very well take care of the problem, out of the kindness of their hearts, as long as they feel you are being honest about the damage. I would take it back and get with a manager, after all, the worst they can do is say NO to you.

Yes they should fix it & you should pressure them to do so if they don't offer right away. This is something Nissan's new quality system I've read about would love to know about and trace back for the cause.

Dirt in the paint? or dent in the fender? Bump? Defect in paint or small dents can be made right Nissan wants safisfied customers.

warrenty coverage. just go in and ask them to look it over and they will fix.
my 2006 X-terra has a few little issues and they took care of every single one free of charge. I live in Las Vegas.

dent or noise??? dent they will not fix because you need to look at the car when you get it and you could have gotten it when in the 4 days. sorry

if you have a warranty on your vehicle they will fix it. for free...ummmmmm haaaaa i have no idea.
