It's kind of an acquired taste. It's best not to add sugar to get the full health benefits.

If it doesn't taste like much you may need to steep it longer or purchase a stronger blend.

I tried Green Tea several years ago and was quite impressed with it. I liked it because of its unique taste compared to some other teas I've tried.

You can also find Green Tea with other flavorings like blueberry and such thru some of the companies such as Celestial Seasonings.

I like it... mayeb you should steep it longer... it's very relaxing (some kinds) and you can add milk/creamer, sugar, lemon, depending on what flavor you want. I also drink herbal teas- chamomile and the such... you can add your own spices to tea bags... i ahve a certain recipe for headaches, that i sue where i cut open the top part fo a teabag. and the spices, and then poke a toothpick through the layers of all the bags so it holds it closed.
My personal favorite would have to be ( i think it's lipton brand)
"Ornage, Passionfruit, and Jasmine" <

Probably for the health benefits, unless you know for sure they're talking about the taste. But try adding sugar/honey/splenda/etc. and maybe some lemon and you might like it. There are also some flavored green tea bags, such as mixed berry. You can also get it bottled and pre-sweetened in both diet and regular varieties.

I far prefer green tea to black tea (the kind in most restaurants). I like to drink it iced, and I do prefer the flavored varieties...peach green tea flavored with splenda is amazing. Plus it has far less caffine than black tea, which is good for those of us sensitive to caffine.

Drink it with honey. Not sugar. It also depends on what kind of green tea you are drinking because there are LOADS of different kinds. I love MATCHA (its green as the grass..well, even darker than that..and I LUUUUV it!!) Its also got plenty of health benefits! Its a superfood. =o))

I started drinking it months ago, it is better ice cold or even slightly frozen in the premade bottles. It does take drinking a couple of times to get used to it, but once you do you will go for it more often. It also has medicinal benefits and speeds the matabolism.

I think it taste's gross and I end up adding sugar and that can't be good. But now a days nothing is good for you, might as well enjoy what you drink, whatever that may be.
