Not to mention the BILLIONS already spent on welfare, incarceration, education, medical care, anchor babies, food stamps, public housing and auto insurance payments.
The only people who support ILLEGAL immigration are those who exploit them to keep profits high and the bottom line low. You really do get what you pay for.
Unfortunately, we are still paying and paying and paying...

I bet you wouldn't say that if someone in your family was an illegal immigrant. I think because we are the USA , we should be open to other countries and cultures . Immigrants are not financially drowning this country WE ARE ! We spend so much money on stupidity and not enough for the things that really matter , like the children , jobs , education , housing for the poor , ect. We are the ones who are the downfall to this country , not immigrants .

Who teaches illegal immigrants English? I have never heard of any government program to teach English to immigrants, legal or not. If they are adults, they come here and learn automatically from their coworkers and friends. If they are kids, they enroll in school and the cost of educating them is the same as the cost of educating any other child. Can anyone tell me which government program exists to teach English to illegal immigrants?

It is going into education and I believe it is being put to good use. What make you think that you are the only one who pays taxes or that you have a right to dictate where my tax dollars should go.

That's silly. Most immigrants don't go to classes to learn English. They just learn from the people around them. They've been doing fine for generations without such programs.

Then add on the costs of food stamps, housing assistance, etc.
Then hopefully people will get a good idea of why we have to stop illegal crossings.

It sounds like it's going into education. That sounds fine by me, as it is long overdue. I'd rather educate the populace, then continue retarding the growth of our future.

Maybe we should spend that money sending them back home. I could go along with that.
