Where can I watch the show Higher Ground?

I know on tv-links.co.uk they have most of the episodes, but they're missing a few. Are there any websites out there where they have all of them?

And also, is there an American TV Channel that airs it?

I don't know about web sites, but W A M on digital cable has the shows.
